Customers register, confirm via email and save your card. Staff scan their wallet QR and confirm stamps toward your chosen reward.

Automatic notifications

Choose an inactivity threshold and birthday timing. StampLoop sends enabled notifications to eligible customers with consent, using recorded activity.

Customers bringing friends

With referrals enabled, qualifying bonus stamps are handled automatically after a referred friend joins, confirms and earns their first staff-verified stamp.

Recorded return activity

See recorded returns after sending a notification. A return does not prove the notification caused it; the current report has no unnotified comparison group.

45-Day Pilot: free, full access, no payment method required and no automatic paid conversion.
Monthly: €49 per month per active location.
Annual: €490 per year per active location (equivalent to €40.83/month, saving €98/year).
No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
No per-customer fees — every plan includes the same features.
