What is StampLoop?
StampLoop is a white-label wallet loyalty platform for restaurants and local businesses. Guests join through a QR code, save a card branded entirely to you in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, collect stamps, and receive consent-based offers. There's no separate app to download.
Will guests see the StampLoop brand?
Your brand is what they see. Your name, colours and logo lead on the card, the QR sign-up page and the wallet invite — it's your loyalty program, not a generic platform. The card itself carries no StampLoop branding.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. There's no app to install — guests join in seconds by scanning your QR and saving the card to the wallet already on their phone.
How fast is setup?
About ten minutes. Add your logo, colours and reward, publish your QR, and you're live — fully branded, no POS integration and no IT project.
Is StampLoop GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Guests opt in with clear consent, data is hosted in the EU and used only to run your own loyalty program. We never sell or share customer data for advertising.
What campaigns can I run?
Pick an audience by stamps, visit rhythm or spend; write your own message or use a template; then send it once or automate it. Win-back can run on its own and triggers when a regular falls outside their usual visit rhythm.
